The Inland Shores development began in the mid-1990s. It is a private community made up of individual homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial businesses. Its central feature is Staats Lake, which was once a rock quarry, but is now home to a wonderful variety of wildlife.
The Inland Shores community is managed by three different Associations: Inland Shores Homeowners Association (HOA), Inland Shores East Association, and Staats Lake Association.
At the top of this page there are helpful "links." If you have questions or comments for the HOA Board or about the community in general, you may use the "Contact Board" link. Other links provided are for the HOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the HOA Rule Infraction Committee (RIC). Below, you will find links to the HOA rule document and other useful information.
The rule document contains the rules by which the community operates. It includes rules for homeowners and residents and also rules that govern the use of Staats Lake. Staats Lake and the Inland Shores community are privately owned and are not open to the public. The lake and lakeside pathway are for the use of owners, tennants, and guests only.
The original Development Team of the Inland Shores community had a unique vision for the creation of this lakeside environment. We have continued this commitment by maintaining the highest standards originally set forth. Inland Shores is a beautiful place to live and work.
