Development of Inland Shores began in the mid-1990s and it is now a beautiful private community made up of single-family homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial businesses. Its central feature is Staats Lake, once a rock quarry and now home to a wonderful variety of wildlife.
The Inland Shores community is managed by the Inland Shores Homeowners Association (ISHOA), the Inland Shores East Association (ISEA) and the Staats Lake Association (SLA).
At the top of this page there are helpful links. If you have questions or comments for the HOA Board or about the community in general, you may use the "Contact Board" link. Other links provided are for the HOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC), the HOA Rule Infraction Committee (RIC), and the HOA Landscape Committee. Below, you will find links to the HOA rule document and other useful information.
The rule document contains the rules by which the community operates. It includes rules for homeowners and residents, and also many of the rules that govern the use of Staats Lake. The HOA's Common Area and Staats Lake are privately owned and are not open to the public. The lake and lakeside pathway are for the use of Inland Shores property owners and their guests only.
The original Development Team of the Inland Shores community had a unique vision for the creation of this lakeside environment. We have continued this commitment by maintaining the highest standards originally set forth. Inland Shores is a beautiful place to live and work.
