About Inland Shores

Current News

Helpful Information

Development of Inland Shores began in the mid-1990s and it is now a beautiful private community made up of single-family homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial businesses. Its central feature is Staats Lake, once a rock quarry and now home to a wonderful variety of wildlife.

The Inland Shores community is managed by the Inland Shores Homeowners Association (ISHOA), the Inland Shores East Association (ISEA) and the Staats Lake Association (SLA).

At the top of this page are helpful menus. If you have questions or comments for the HOA Board or about the community in general, you may use the Contact Us menu above. Links provided are for Contact Board, Contact ARC (HOA Architectural Review Committee), Contact RIC (HOA Rule Infraction Committee), and Contact Landscape (HOA Landscape Committee). Note that each of these is a hyperlink that will take you directly to that form.

The Documents menu will allow you access to the Budget, Bylaws, Lake-Use Permit Policy, Open Forum Rules, and Reserve Study The Rules-Regs-Reqs contains the rules by which the community operates. It includes rules for homeowners and residents, and also many of the rules that govern the use of Staats Lake. Note that each of these is a hyperlink that will take you directly to that form. The HOA's Common Area and Staats Lake are privately owned and are not open to the public. The lake and lakeside pathway are for the use of Inland Shores property owners and their guests only.

The Meeting Minutes menu will allow you access to the minutes for the current year, and from the past Board and Annual Meetings.

The Newsletters menu will allow you to access prior and current year newsletters, and the ability to make a Communications Request to the board regarding what you'd like to see in the Newsletter.

If you have comments or questions about Staats Lake itself, please send an email to the Staats Lake Association Board of Directors at: staatslakeassociation@hotmail.com. The Board can answer most questions and provide information about lake use, such as fishing, boating, swimming, wildlife, etc.

The original Development Team of the Inland Shores community had a unique vision for the creation of this lakeside environment. We have continued this commitment by maintaining the highest standards originally set forth. Inland Shores is a beautiful place to live and work.
