As a benefit for community members and property owners, beginning after June 1, 2023, we are implementing an open forum at the beginning of our quarterly board meetings. While not a requirement by state statute, this is a time for to communicate and create awareness in a positive and productive way. 

We appreciate presenters taking the time to address the board and to keep in mind the rules of order linked at the right.

The opportunity is first come, first served and is limited to the first 30 minutes of the regular quarterly meetings of individual 5 minute presentations.

For best success, email the board to have your name added to the open forum agenda.
